About Immaculate Heart Outside School Hours Care Leichhardt
We are located in a new school hall within the wonderful community of Immaculate Heart School and the Parish of Ipswich and Leichhardt and we cater for up to 45 children daily.
Our OSHC program supports working families by providing a safe environment that is designed to cater to children's ages, skills, interests and abilities.
We view a child as having preparedness, potential, curiosity and interest in constructing their own learning and in negotiating everything the environment brings to them.
We provide the environment and guidance that gives opportunities for them to discover, explore and create.
We strive to foster an environment that celebrates diversity and interdependence and encourage our children to value and respect the individual uniqueness, spiritually and contribution of others.
We encourage free play and provide both indoor and outdoor, individual and group activities.
Our OSHC is a small service which gives staff the opportunity to really get to know the children and their families.
