Conditions of approval

The approved provider must not undertake any activity during the hours of operation of the education and care service that results in the disturbance of the control measures and exposure to the underlying soil. No changes to the landscaping can be made without prior approval from the Regulatory Authority. The approved provider must comply with the recommendations of section 3.0 of the Soil Management Plan 6 Feb 2009 which must be maintained together with the service approval and available for inspection at all times.
