Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Edmonton is located close to 51 RQR - far North Qld regiment - Army base, while still conveniently close to local schools, shops and commercial areas.Goodstart Edmonton comprises of two centres, between them providing a Government Funded Kinder Program, before and after school care and a vacation program for children aged 5 to 12 years.By participating in daily centre activities your child will be exposed to new experiences and learning opportunities.

Extra-curricular activities, such as soccer and dance classes, are also available to your child at Goodstart Edmonton.The qualified team at Goodstart Edmonton are continuously developing their professional skills to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to your child.

The team provide a play based framework that focuses on your child's educational goals and encourage your child to learn at a pace appropriate for them.Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities.

Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication.

This also means we can tailor each program to the child's individual needs, interests and strengths- as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.Outside, we have three areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment.

We have a beautiful environment with dry creek beds, sandpits, a stage area, worm farm, compost, vege and fruit patches, and a balance of natural and manmade play surfaces.Children with additional care needs are welcome at Goodstart Edmonton as the centre provides inclusion support and has a strong relationship with Autism Queensland.Goodstart Edmonton organises an annual Family Fun Day to encourage family and community involvement in the centre and strengthen relationships.
