Goodstart Brinsmead

Once your family joins us at Goodstart Brinsmead, you’ll always be part of our extended family. One of our greatest features is that families often return to our centre with younger siblings as they feel so welcome and comfortable with the educators and the early learning environment we offer. Our five separate playgrounds offer the children lots of open play spaces in a shady, calm environment. We are also on the bus route with bus stops nearby.

Inside you’ll see how industrious our children are with the artwork and activities changing regularly as their learning interests change and develop. Recently across the rooms we’ve seen them explore gardening and where the tomato comes from, dinosaurs and animals in the younger rooms.

We love to celebrate here at the centre and often enjoy spontaneous events that build on the children’s learning. Some past events include Christmas and Easter celebrations, an end of year break-up carnival and a graduation for our kindy children. We also celebrate lots of multicultural events such as exploring different cultures for Australia Day, celebrating NAIDOC week and our Indigenous educator brings in Indigenous items to help the children explore their understanding of Indigenous culture.

At Goodstart Brinsmead we have some great extra-curricular programs for the children including Kids Moves, Cheeky Monkeys, Zoo to you, Gym & Ballet with Miss Tutu and Slithering for a small additional fee. We also offer children morning and afternoon teas.
We are passionate about partnering with our families and our team look forward to updating families on how their child’s day has been.

Children especially love the strong relationships they form with our educators and many of our educators have been with the child care centre for a long time. All our educators are dedicated to creating fun and stimulating days for your child. All staff are qualified or are working towards their qualifications for the roles they are working in. We would like to invite you to drop into our centre and meet our educators and families for yourself.
