Conditions of approval

Prescribed conditions:1. This approval is granted subject to the conditions as set out in Section 51 of Schedule 1 of the Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) Act 2011 and any conditions prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Education and Early Childhood Services (Registration and Standards) Regulations 2011.2. Condition Concerning Family Day Care Educators: The number of family day educators that can be employed or engaged by or registered with this service is limited to 25.3 .The Approved Provider is to ensure the equivalent ratio of 1 coordinator to support 15 family day care educators be maintained at all times (noting that if educator numbers are between 16 and 25 this will require 2 coordinators at all times).4. The Approved Provider is to ensure that the service provides ongoing induction training and support for educators on:(a) providing a required program consistent with an approved learning framework which meets the needs of each child that it educates and cares for;(b) assessing the safety of the learning environment using resources from recognised authorities such as Kidsafe; and(c) maintaining appropriate records in educators' residences particularly enrolment and attendance records;and the Approved Provider is to provide documented evidence to the Board on a monthly basis (on the first business day of each month commencing on 1 May 2014) of the measures taken by the service during the previous month to ensure that each educator receives such ongoing induction training and support.
