The service has been granted a temporary waiver in relation regulation 133 (1) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. The temporary waiver allows the service to engage an educator who does not fulfil the qualification requirements for an early childhood teacher at the service. This temporary waiver expires on 15 Ocotber 2015.
