At our centre, families come first- with high-quality care, a convenient location and an open-door community approach.We are within walking distance of two local schools, William Duncan and Worongary state schools, and we are close to the local Highland Park shops and medical centre.
Our families have easy access to public transport and being straight off the M1, on exit 79, we make the pick-up and drop-offs a breeze.The centre has five rooms, operating comprehensive curriculums for Nursery to Kindergarten as well as Before and After School and Vacation Care.
Our teaching philosophy and curriculum have been developed in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines.Goodstart Nerang Alexander Drive is a long-established child care centre with highly-qualified and experienced educators.
For more than 12 years we have had a great presence within our community.We achieve and maintain a high standard of care and professionalism with all our families and work hard in establishing and maintaining a great rapport with all our families past and present.
All our dedicated educators work in close collaboration with the families to provide a caring fun and creative place for children to develop their life skills, preparing them for school and life.At Goodstart Nerang Alexander Drive we have a great natural environment with large shady trees, grass areas and vegetable gardens which helps build a strong platform for awareness and engagement with the natural world.
Our outdoor environment provides the children with a large shaded sandpit area, mud garden and outdoor music zone and a sustainable garden full of herbs, vegetables, a worm garden and compost bin.Our Kindergarten children enjoy their own secure yard with an indigenous area, a relaxing Zen decked area with chairs and a water feature, a grass Australia zone, fairy garden and their very own vegetable patch which the children tend for whilst learning about sustainability.We have an open door policy where our families are always welcome.
