About Mckenzie Street Children's Centre
Mckenzie Street Children's Centre is located on the main road into the centre of town and is surrounded by beautiful bushland.
Our yard is also home to our beautiful chicken named Sunshine whom the children absolutely adore and love to interact with.
Our aim is to guide and nurture children through their early years by providing an environment that encourages learning and discovery.
We embrace differences that make us unique and provide experiences and opportunities for children and their families to express their individuality within the centre.
At McKenzie Street Children's Centre we also offer a Before and After School Care program with a courtesy bus for school pickups and drop offs for school aged children through to 12 years old.
Carefully planned, home cooked meals including breakfast and snacks are prepared to meet your child's daily nutritional requirements and the outdoor environments, play equipment, sandpits and gardens will keep your child active, happy and connected with nature.
McKenzie Street Children's Centre has a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child to learn, grow and spend time with friends with an engaging Vacation Care Program during the school holidays, with lots of fun activities and excursions.
As a professional I hold a Diploma of Children's Services and Community Services and I'm currently studying a double degree in Kinder and Primary teaching.
Through these studies I hope to share my journey of growth and development with my team and respectfully the children who will continue to inspire this journey.
